October 2019 Paper Pumpkin Alternative Cards

I finally had time to work with this month’s Paper Pumpkin kit and it is so beautiful! I love it! I’ve only made 2 alternative cards so far, but will be making and posting more in the next couple of days.

Here’s how I made the first card:

Fussy cut the trees out of the card base and apply Wink of Stella to the trees.
Die cut the Stitched Shapes Circle from Shimmery White card stock and sponge it with Night of Navy & Pool Party Classic Ink.
Stamp the sentiment onto the stitched circle.
Cut Silver Foil into 2 - 4 ¼” x ½” strips. Run them through the Big Shot using the Hammered Metal 3D Embossing folder.
Attach foil sheets to the top & bottom of a 3 ¾” x 4 ¼” Shimmery White card stock layer.
Wrap this layer with Whisper White/Silver 3/8” Metallic-Edge Ribbon and tie a bow.
Attach the Stitched Shape Circle to the card layer on the left side of the card (over the ribbon).
Add Night of Navy Holiday Rhinestone Basic Jewels to the Stitched Shape Circle.
Add the trees to the card layer and adhere it to the card base using Stampin’ Dimensionals. Glue a 5 1/2” x 4” sheet of Whisper White card stock to the inside of the card front to cover where the trees were cut out.

The trees on these card bases are so pretty so I used them again! Here’s the instructions for the 2^nd card:

Cut the front from the card base to 5 3/8” x 4 1/8”.
Use the large circle from the Stitched Shapes dies to cut out the trees from the card base front.
Wrap the card base front layer with Whisper White Flax Ribbon and adhere it to the front of a 5 ½” x 4 ¼” Whisper White card base.
Attach the Stitched Shapes circle to the card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals over the cut out circle.
Tie a small bow using Whisper White Baker’s Twine and attach it to the Stitch Shapes circle.
Cut out the label from the Doily Wishes die cuts on Whisper White card stock.
Stamp the sentiment onto the label with Night of Navy Classic ink and adhere it to the card front using Stampin’ Dimensionals.
Add snowflake sequins to the card front.
