More October 2019 Paper Pumpkin Alternative Cards

I have 2 more alternate cards using the October 2019 Paper Pumpkin kit, Winter Wonders.  I absolutely love this kit and can’t wait to see the November kit that will feature coordinating gift tags!  I used the card base with the trees for this first card and just added a few additional products to it.

Here’s how I made this card:
  • Add Wink of Stella to the tree images and decorate the trees with Red Rhinestone Basic Jewels.
  • Cut 2 Stitched Rectangles dies (2 ¾” x 4 1/8” and 2 3/8” x 3 ¾”) out of Shimmery White Cardstock to create a frame and adhere it to the card base to frame the trees using Foam Adhesive Strips.
  • Stamp the snowflake from the Winter Wonders Paper Pumpkin kit onto Vellum Cardstock using Versamark Ink and emboss it using White Stampin’ Emboss Powder.
  • Cut the embossed snowflake out using the Stitched Shapes 1 7/8” circle.
  • Place a Red Rhinestone Basic Jewel in the middle of the snowflake and attach it to the upper right-hand corner of the frame using a Mini Glue Dot.
  • Stamp the Season’s Greetings sentiment onto a 7/8” x 3 ½” rectangle of Shimmery White Cardstock using Poppy Parade Classic Ink.
  • Punch the right end of the sentiment tag using the Banner Triple Punch and glue 2 Poppy Parade cardinals to it.
  • Adhere the sentiment to the lower part of the frame.
  • Add the snowflake sequins to the card front.

This second card is pretty simple and it highlights the great Pool Party, Poppy Parade and Whisper White color combination.

  • Cut a rectangle out of Let It Snow Specialty Designer Series Paper using the 3” x 4 3/8” Stitched Rectangles Die.
  • Cut a 3” x 4 ½” rectangle out of Poppy Parade cardstock, and attach the DSP rectangle to it.
  • Stamp the snowflake onto Vellum cardstock using Versamark ink and emboss it using White Stampin’ Emboss Powder.
  • Cut the embossed snowflake out using the Stitched Shapes 1 7/8” circle and place a Red Rhinestone Basic Jewel to the center of the snowflake.
  • Attach the snowflake using a Mini Glue Dot to a Poppy Parade circle punched with the Starburst Punch.
  • Cut a 7” piece of Whisper White 5/8” Flax Ribbon, fold it in half and glue it to the back of the snowflake.
  • Adhere the snowflake to the Let It Snow Specialty Designer Series Paper using Stampin’ Dimensionals.
  • Attach this piece to the card front using Stampin’ Dimensionals.
  • Add some Red Rhinestone Basic Jewels to the DSP.
  • Stamp the Winter Wishes sentiment onto Shimmery White Cardstock and punch it out using the Class Label Punch.
  • Attach the sentiment to the snowflake using Mini Stampin’ Dimensionals.
